FIREMEN’S BENEFITS

2.30.010 Firemen’s benefits.
On and after August 1, 1972, all firemen, including volunteer and fully paid, shall be entitled to the benefits of death, disability, pension and retirement benefit and other conditions all as provided under Chapter 41.16 RCW, entitled Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act. [Ord. 127 § 1, 1972].
