9.35.010 Disposal of garbage in public places.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to dump, scatter, bury, burn, collect, or in any other manner dispose of any garbage, rubbish, wastes, ashes, and all other putrescible and nonputrescible wastes upon any street, alley, or public place within the Town limits of the Town of Wilkeson. [Ord. 87 § 1, 1961].

9.35.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in the sum not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or by imprisonment in jail for a term not to exceed five (5) days, or both, in the discretion of the court. [Ord. 87 § 2, 1961].
