STATE CRIMINAL CODE

9.04.010 Adopted.
The town council adopts by reference the Washington Criminal Code, Laws 1975, First Executive Session, Chapter 260, RCW 9A, and all amendments thereof or additions thereto now or hereafter made, of which three copies have been and shall be filed in the office of the clerk-treasurer, of the town, and such code and all amendments thereof or additions thereto now or hereafter made are adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and from and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section or of any additions or amendments to said code, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the incorporated areas of the town.
