The street design and construction standards for the town, and future revisions, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and incorporated into this chapter as though fully set forth are adopted by reference, and also any future revisions to these standards which may, after the adoption of this chapter, be adopted by the town by reference. 12.04.020 Violation—Penalty.
Violation of this chapter shall be deemed a civil infraction, which penalty may not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day during which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense and separate penalties may be assessed for each separate offense. (Ord. 397 § 4, 1992)
