2.10.010 Office of City Clerk established – Appointment.

The office of City Clerk is hereby established for the City of Woodinville. Such office shall be appointive and all appointments to such office shall be made by the City Manager. (Ord. 530 § 1, 2012)

2.10.020 Duties.

The City Clerk shall perform all of the duties of the City Clerk as prescribed by State statutes, City ordinances, and as assigned by the City Manager. (Ord. 530 § 1, 2012)
