DEPARTMENT HEADS

2.14.010 Appointment.
A. The following department heads shall be appointed by the Mayor or the Mayor’s designee, with the advice of the Town Council:
1. Clerk-Treasurer;
2. Public Works Director;
3. Town Engineer;
4. Town Planner;
5. Building Official;
6. Police Chief;
7. Fire Chief.
B. Unless otherwise specified in the Woodway Municipal Code or State statute, all other officers, officials and employees of the Town shall be appointed by the Mayor or the Mayor’s designee. (Ord. 17-578 § 1 (Exh. B (part)), 2017: Ord. 07-479 (part), 2007: Ord. 215 § 5, 1988)
