LOITERING

9.30.010 Loitering unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for any person, except a person enrolled as a student in, or parents or guardians of such students, or person employed by such school or institution, who without a lawful purpose therefor, to loiter about the building or buildings of any public premises or streets adjacent thereto, or to willfully loiter about and on the streets or public ways in the town of Yacolt, so as to tend to obstruct or hinder or interfere with the use of public streets or sidewalks, or obstruct or interfere with entrance into any stores, business houses or residences. 9.30.020 Violation – Penalty.
Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.00, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days, or by such fine and imprisonment.
