6.33.010 Construction within airport layout plan building restriction line.

Construction of any structures, facilities or improvements within the building restriction line shown on the Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field Airport layout plan approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) is prohibited, except that construction of structures, facilities or improvements which directly support air navigation or airport operations and which are specifically approved by the Federal Aviation Administration shall be permitted. The airport layout plan (“ALP”) most recently approved by the FAA is incorporated herein by reference, and as different ALPs may be subsequently approved by the FAA, the most recently approved ALP shall supersede the previously approved ALP for purposes of this chapter.
