TREASURER*

2.08.010 Fund investment.
The county finance committee is authorized to direct the county treasurer to invest and reinvest the funds of any municipal corporation pursuant to RCW 36.29.020, as amended.
The interest on other earnings from such investments shall be deposited in the current expense fund of Yakima County, Washington, to be used for general county purposes.

2.08.020 Authority.
The county finance committee and the county treasurer are authorized to perform all necessary and proper acts in order to accomplish the purposes of RCW 36.29.020, as amended.

2.08.030 Tax Roll Correction.
The county treasurer is authorized to correct any obvious clerical errors that he may find in the tax rolls in his hands.
