SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY*

2.106.010 Policy Adopted.
(1) The county sexual harassment policy is adopted as incorporated by reference as Exhibit “A,” attached to the resolution codified in this chapter, and can be found on file in the office of the clerk of the board.
(2) The terms and conditions of the sexual harassment policy shall apply to all employees of the county.
