BOARD OF EQUALIZATION*

2.20.010 Created – Membership.
The Yakima County commissioners shall themselves constitute the board of equalization and serve as its members and do so appoint and form the Yakima County board of equalization.

2.20.020 Budget Appropriation.
Item-extra help, salaries and wages, in the budget of the Yakima County commissioners in the amount of five hundred dollars is made available as required up to five hundred dollars to pay the costs of wages of the clerk of the board of equalization.

2.20.030 Transcript Fees.
Transcripts of proceedings before the Yakima County board of equalization, or Yakima County board of adjustment, or in any other proceeding wherein the county is asked to prepare a transcript other than at the request of the county, such transcript will be prepared upon request, subject to the following fee schedule:
