OPEN SPACE TAXATION PROGRAM*

3.20.010 Adopted.
The open space taxation program, as amended in Exhibit 1 of Ord. 8-2009, and on file in the office of the clerk of the board of county commissioners, is adopted effective at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2009.

3.20.015 Fees Designated.
Effective July 1, 2002, the fees for processing applications for classification of lands in Yakima County under the Open Space Tax Act, RCW 84.34, shall be as follows:
(1) For farm and agricultural land applications: $125.00.
(2) For timber land applications and open space applications not requiring action by the planning commission: $125.00.
(3) For open space applications (under RCW 84.34.020(1)(b) and (c)) requiring action by the planning commission: as provided in Yakima County Planning Fee Schedule, Chapter 20.00 of this code.
