Chapter 9.08
APPLICABILITY

9.08.010 Designated.
The provisions of this title shall apply to and govern the operation of vehicles and the conduct of pedestrians on every public highway, or part thereof, within Yakima County, except those public highways or portions thereof which are within the corporate limits of cities or towns.
