3.22.010 Established – Deposits.

A new fund in the budget of the city is established, to be denominated “department of community development grant,” and referred to for brevity alternatively as DCDG. This fund is to be used as an accounting and budgeting device and vehicle, in order to effectuate and carry into effect the program implemented under Resolution No. 173 (1986), relating to municipal rehabilitation and revitalization. Deposits or credits thereto shall be made in the ordinary course of business and as funds earmarked therefor shall be received. Disbursements therefrom shall be made as hereafter authorized by the city council. (Ord. 329 § 1, 1986).
