CHANGE AND IMPREST FUND FOR MUNICIPAL COURT

There is created and established a change and imprest fund within the current expense fund, in an amount not to exceed $50.00 per municipal court clerk to be used as the individual clerk/cashier’s change fund for the Yelm municipal court for the purpose of making change during the process of receiving payments due Yelm municipal court. (Ord. 575 § 1, 1996; Ord. 378 § 1, 1990).
3.60.020 Custodian.
The custodian of the Yelm municipal change and imprest fund established in this chapter shall be the city’s court administrator. (Ord. 378 § 2, 1990).
