CHANGE AND IMPREST FUND FOR CITY CLERK/TREASURER’S OFFICE

There is created and established a change and imprest fund within the current expense fund, in an amount not to exceed $200.00, to be used as the cashier’s change fund for the city clerk/treasurer’s office for the purpose of making change during the process of receiving payments due to the city of Yelm. (Ord. 882 § 1, 2007; Ord. 556 § 1, 1995; Ord. 395 § 1, 1991).
3.64.020 Custodian.
The custodian of the Yelm city clerk/treasurer’s office change and imprest fund established in this chapter shall be the city clerk/treasurer. (Ord. 395 § 2, 1991).
