ABANDONED REFRIGERATORS

9.80.010 Accessible to children.

It is unlawful to leave or have accessible to children any abandoned, unused or discarded refrigerators, iceboxes or like containers of a capacity of one and one-half cubic feet or more, unless all doors thereon may be readily opened from the inside thereof or have been removed therefrom and unless all locks or locking devices have been removed therefrom. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 191 § 16, 1975).
