Pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 60.55, the Town of East Troy shall subscribe to the services of the East Troy Volunteer Fire Department or any fire district created under Wis. Stat. § 66.0301 which has incorporated the same within. (Ord. 2010-7 § 1. 2008 code § 4.01)
2.125.020 Payments.
The Town Board shall from time to time, by resolution, fix the Town’s percent of contribution to the expenses of operation and maintenance of the East Troy Volunteer Fire Department. (2008 code § 4.02)
