The joint Booth Lake Memorial Park Board of the Village of East Troy and Town of East Troy shall consist of four representatives, two of whom shall be appointed by the Village Board of the Village of East Troy, Wisconsin, and two of whom shall be appointed by the Town Board of the Town of East Troy, Wisconsin. The appointment shall be made annually. The Town appointments shall be made by the Town Board upon nomination by the Town Chairman. (2008 code § 1.15)
