AUCTION SALES

5.30.010 License required.
With the exception of personal property sold by or in behalf of a resident who has paid all property taxes lawfully levied on said property, no person shall sell personal property at public auction in the Town of East Troy without first having obtained from the Town Clerk proper license therefor and having paid to the Clerk a license fee of $10.00. 5.30.020 Application.
The application for the license shall contain:
1. The name of the owner.
2. The location of the auction.
3. The approximate value of the property.
4. The date of the auction.
5. The name and address of the auctioneer. (2008 code § 8.08(2))
