EROSION CONTROL REGULATIONS AND FEES
Sections:
15.20.010 Purpose.
As the Town of East Troy has adopted the State of Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code and has also contracted with the Walworth County Department of Land Conservation to enforce the same, it is hereby the purpose of this chapter to authorize and approve a fee schedule for persons desirous of complying with Town erosion control regulations and implementing a uniform system between the Town of East Troy and Walworth County to implement the same. 15.20.020 Fee schedule.
Now, therefore, the Town of East Troy does hereby adopt the following fee schedule:

15.20.030 Payment of fees.
Such fees shall be paid at such time as application is made for the same to the Walworth County Department of Land Conservation. Said Department shall be responsible for preparing appropriate forms upon which such application shall be made, collecting and reporting fees for the described services, and providing copies to the Town of East Troy relative to all applications, inspections, and enforcement actions commenced on properties in the Town of East Troy.
