FENCES

15.45.010 Maximum height.
Any fence in any residential district at the lot line shall not exceed six feet in height. A six-foot fence shall be allowed up to the side or rear lot line, but not on the property line. Any fence at the front lot line shall not exceed four feet in height and shall be at least two feet off any abutting right-of-way. Fence support system shall be positioned towards applicant’s property. Decorative side of fence must face the neighbor’s property. (Ord. 2020-2 § 1. 2008 code § 16.08)
