3.420 Alderpersons.

(1) There shall be one Alderperson for each aldermanic district of the City of Manitowoc. Alderpersons shall be elected for a term of two years.

(2) The Alderpersons shall be elected from the fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth and ninth aldermanic districts in the spring of each even-numbered year. The Alderpersons shall be elected from the first, second, third, seventh and tenth aldermanic districts in the spring of each odd-numbered year.
