4.130 Bulkhead Line.

Subject to the approval of the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the requirements of Wis. Stat. § 30.11(3), the bulkhead line is established and determined as set forth in the following description and the map attached to the ordinance codified in this section, to wit:

Being part of G.L.2 of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4, and G.L.1 of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4, and G.L.3 of the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 all located in Fractional Sec.32, T19N, R24E City of Manitowoc, Manitowoc County Wisconsin;

More particularly described as;

Commencing at the NW corner said Sec.32; thence S00º00'26"W, 2666.52 feet along the West Line of the NW1/4 said Sec.32 prolongated to the Southerly line of Dewey Street prolongated; thence S89º45'47"E along said Southerly line prolongated, 1441.70 feet to the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning N04º14'31"W, 525.75 feet; thence N02º37'09"E, 556.46 feet; thence N05º37'38"E, 442.06 feet to the prolongation of the Northerly line of Green Street and the point of termination.
