5.060 Badge of Office to Be Displayed.

Police officers of the City of Manitowoc when on duty shall wear the badge or insignia of their office on the outside of the outermost garment, over the left breast conspicuously displaying the same so that the entire surface thereof may be seen, except when caution may dictate that the same shall not be exposed.
