5.090 Police Report.

The Chief of Police shall make an annual report, on the first Monday of January of each year, of all arrests made by the police of this City, and the disposition of the persons arrested, before which court they were taken, together with all fines imposed, and on all other matters pertaining to the Chief’s office when required by the Common Council.
