6.160 Smoke Detectors.

(1) Wis. Stat. §§ 101.145 and 101.645, as they may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference.

(2) Violation of this section shall be punishable by a money forfeiture of not more than $500.00. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
