9.020 Enforcement.

The Mayor and Common Council are authorized to enter into contracts with the State of Wisconsin for the purpose of enforcing this chapter as authorized by Wis. Stat. Ch. 98. In order to assure compliance with this section, the City hereby grants the authority and duties of sealers and inspectors required by this section to the State of Wisconsin, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
