10.510 Limited Time Parking in City Parking Lots.

The following parking limits are established in the following City parking lots:

(1) Lot No. 1: North 7th Street and Buffalo Street. Spaces 1 to 12 shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Handicapped parking spaces, unreserved/leased spaces, and all other parking spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased or established by separate ordinance/resolution.

(2) Lot No. 2: North 9th Street and Maritime Drive. All spaces shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Unreserved/leased spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(3) Lot No. 3: Quay Street Between South 8th Street and South 9th Street. City employee parking until 5:00 p.m. as signed, spaces 301 to 315 and 321 are eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Handicapped parking and all other spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(4) Lot No. 4: Quay Street Between South 8th Street and South 7th Street. All spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as posted. Reserved/leased spaces are not permitted.

(5) Lot No. 5: South 10th Street and Jay Street. City employee parking and handicapped parking as signed. All other spaces shall be two-hour parking between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and unlimited after 5:00 p.m. Overnight parking is not permitted except for employee parking. Reserved/leased spaces are not permitted.

(6) Lot No. 6: South 9th Street and Franklin Street. City employee parking and handicapped parking as signed. All other remaining stalls shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is not permitted except for employee parking. Reserved/leased spaces are not permitted.

(7) Lot No. 7: South 7th Street and Jay Street. Except for handicapped parking spaces, all parking spaces shall be reserved/leased spaces only. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(8) Lot No. 8: South 10th Street. City employee parking only. Reserved/leased spaces are not permitted.

(9) Lot No. 9: South 12th Street and Franklin Street. All spaces shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Unreserved/leased spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased or as posted.

(10) Lot No. 10: North 8th Street and Buffalo Street. Except for handicapped parking spaces, all spaces shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Unreserved/leased spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(11) Lot No. 11: South 9th Street and Jay Street. Except for handicapped parking spaces, all spaces shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Unreserved/leased spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(12) Lot No. 12: North 7th Street and Maritime Drive. Except for handicapped parking spaces, all spaces shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Unreserved/leased spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(13) Lot No. 13: North 10th Street and York Street. All spaces shall be eligible for reserved/leased spaces. Unreserved/leased spaces shall be considered unlimited parking spaces. Overnight parking is only allowed as reserved/leased.

(14) Lot No. 14: Fisherman’s Parking Lot on South Lakeview Drive. All stalls shall be considered unlimited parking spaces, except between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. in this parking lot adjacent to the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
