12.130 Collection of Delinquent Water Charges.

Collection of delinquent water charges by the Manitowoc Public Utilities shall be as provided for in Wis. Stat. § 66.0809. As authorized by Wis. Stat. § 66.0809(3), the Manitowoc Public Utilities is authorized to give directly the notice referred to therein.
