14.320 Defacement of Monuments – Penalty.

Any person who shall break, soil, deface, injure or damage any fountain, statue, monument or other ornamental structure within any public street, alley, park, cemetery or other public place, or a part of or attached to any public building within the City of Manitowoc, or who shall tread, walk, or ride upon any grass plat to its injury, whether or not the same or any or either of them be held in trust for the use of any school, ward or City, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00.
