14.610 Refusal of Passenger to Pay Taxicab Fare – Penalty.

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to pay a taxicab fare immediately after having hired a taxicab in the City of Manitowoc. This section shall apply in all cases if the pick up of the passenger and/or the delivery of the passenger is within the City limits of the City of Manitowoc.

(2) Any person who fails or refuses to pay the taxicab fare after having hired the taxicab shall forfeit no more than $200.00.
