14.650 Attempt.

Whoever attempts to commit retail theft as proscribed by MMC 14.600, theft as proscribed by MMC 14.620 or retail fraud as proscribed by MMC 14.640 shall be subject to a forfeiture not to exceed one-half of the maximum penalty for the completed offense.
