15.610 Validity of Zoning Ordinance.

(1) Validity. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this chapter be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining portions of this chapter, but shall be confined in its operation to such part in which said judgment shall have been rendered.
