18.020 Definitions.

Electrical work means and includes the installation, superintending or inspection of electrical material, fittings, devices, appliances, fixtures, apparatus, wiring and equipment for the production, modification, regulation, control, distribution, utilization, or safeguarding of electrical energy for mechanical, chemical, cosmetic, heating, lighting or similar purposes.

Home owner is a person owning and occupying as his permanent address a single-family dwelling or a two-family dwelling.
