24.020 Municipal Code Revisions.

The City Attorney and the City Clerk shall be responsible for preparing periodic revisions of the Municipal Code. In preparing such revisions, they are authorized to make nonsubstantiative corrections to ordinances which have been adopted for the purpose of eliminating conflicts and ambiguities, such as duplicative numbering and typographical errors, without specific action by the Common Council. Any such revisions shall be noted by the City Clerk on the original copy of any affected ordinance which has been adopted by the Common Council.
