27.430 Violations.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a forfeiture of not more than $2,000. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.

In addition, violation of any material provision of this chapter shall subject a franchise to revocation under the revocation procedure set forth in the franchise agreement.
