29.100 Inspection.

The Director of Public Works shall inspect construction sites weekly and after storm events greater than one-half inch during the period starting March 1st and ending October 31st and at least two times during the period starting November 1st and ending the last day of February to ensure compliance with the control plan.

If land disturbing or land development activities are being carried out without a permit, the Director of Public Works shall enter the land pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. §§ 66.0119 and 66.0119(3).
