7.08.010 Jumping or diving from Central Avenue Bridge.

(a)    No pedestrian shall jump or dive from the Central Avenue Bridge over the Okanogan River.

(b)    Violation of this section shall be a civil infraction and any person, firm or corporation found to have committed an infraction shall be assessed a monetary penalty not to exceed one hundred dollars. (Ord. 937 §§ l, 2, 1984).

7.08.020 Disorderly conduct.

(a)    A person is guilty of disorderly conduct if he or she engages in a fight, a brawl, or a boxing match.

(b)    Violation of this section shall be a civil infraction and any person, firm or corporation found to have committed an infraction shall be assessed a monetary penalty not to exceed three hundred dollars. (Ord. 1548 §§ 1, 2, 2005).
