1.16.010 Misdemeanor--Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions, or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements, of the ordinances of the borough shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the borough, any person convicted of a violation of the ordinances of the borough is guilty of an infraction, and is punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars. 1.16.020 Separate offense deemed committed when.
Each such person as described in Section 1.16.010 shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of the borough is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly. (Ord. 76-28 §1 (part), 1976).
