ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSES1

8.04.010 Review of licenses.
The City Council shall, in conformance with the laws of the State and the regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the State, review the granting and/or renewal of any and all alcoholic beverage dispensary licenses and retail liquor licenses issued to applicants for the establishment of such businesses within the corporate limits of the City. [Ord. 80-5 § 1, 1980. Code 1967 § 6-100.1].
8.04.020 Factors for consideration.
The Council may consider, among other factors, the following:
a. Current status of taxes owed to municipal governments;
b. Health and safety reports;
c. Police Department reports; and
d. Any other factors that the Council deems relevant to its review. [Ord. 80-5 § 1, 1980. Code 1967 § 6-100.2].
