8.92.020 Immorality in presence of child
8.92.010 Inflicting suffering
It is unlawful for any person to willfully cause or permit any child to suffer, or to inflict thereon unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering, or, having the care or custody of any child, to cause or permit the life or limb of such child to be endangered or the health of such child to be injured, or to willfully cause or permit such child to be placed in such situation that its life or limb may be endangered or its health likely to be injured. 8.92.020 Immorality in presence of child
It is unlawful for any person to, in the presence of any child, indulge in any degrading, lewd, immoral, or vicious habits or practices, or be habitually drunk in the presence of any child in the person’s care, custody, or control. [CCK §7.4.6]
