13-16-001-0002 Professional Certification
The design of traffic signals for private development and capital projects shall be under the direction of a civil engineer registered in the State of Arizona, and having a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board, Inc. (Ord. 2017-22, Rep&ReEn, 07/05/2017; Ord. 2020-10, Amended, 09/15/2020 (Res. 2020-13))
