REGULATIONS REGARDING MOLLIE JOYCE PARK

The following provisions shall govern conduct and activities at Mollie Joyce Park:
A. The sale of any food or beverage within the park is prohibited unless written permission from the Amador County Board of Supervisors or its designee is first obtained.
B. The consumption of alcoholic beverages in or about the park by participants in games scheduled by or through the board of supervisors is prohibited.
C. Glass containers of any kind are prohibited.
D. Dogs, leashed or unleashed, other than seeing-eye dogs, are prohibited.
E. The disposal of litter is prohibited except in containers designated by the board of supervisors. Containers shall only be utilized for the disposal of litter originating within the park.
F. Overnight camping at any time on the grounds constituting Mollie Joyce Park is prohibited.
G. All motor driven vehicles are prohibited except in designated parking areas.
H. The parking of any motor vehicle is prohibited on that portion of the park access road from Woodfern Road to the designated parking area.
I. Horses are prohibited.
J. All persons are prohibited from climbing on or about trees or fences.
K. Woodcutting is prohibited.
L. The speed limit for all vehicles shall be ten miles per hour.
M. Curfew shall be at nine p.m. (Ord. 990 §§1, 2, 1984).
10.36.020 Violation--Penalty.
Every person violating any provision of Section 10.36.010 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof that person shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each and every person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of the section is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he/she shall be punished accordingly.
