OFFICIAL POSTING SITES

1.15.020 In lieu of publication.
1.15.010 Designated.
For the purpose of posting official notices required by law, and for otherwise giving notice to the citizens of Biggs of council actions or potential actions, the following locations are hereby established as the places that official notices and communication to the citizens of Biggs will be posted:
(1) The bulletin board located at the Biggs Post Office;
(2) The bulletin board located at the City Hall Annex. [Ord. 343 § 1, 2003; Ord. 304 § 1, 1995]
1.15.020 In lieu of publication.
Whenever any ordinance or other instrument calls for publication and there is no newspaper in the city, then posting for the required period of time at the locations as set forth in BMC 1.15.010 shall be adequate substitution for publication. [Ord. 343 § 1, 2003; Ord. 305 § 2, 1996]
