POOL HALLS

4.10.010 Minors prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person, under the age of 18 years, to enter, visit, or loiter in or about any billiard or pool hall in the city of Biggs. [Ord. 65 § 1, 1929; Ord. 41 § 1, 1916]
4.10.020 Hours of operation.
It shall be unlawful for the proprietor, manager, or any other person in charge of any billiard or pool hall in the city of Biggs, to allow or permit the same to remain open between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. [Ord. 65 § 3, 1929; Ord. 41 § 2, 1916]
4.10.030 Violation – Penalty.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $250.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail of the county of Butte for not less than 10 nor more than 180 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
