VENDING MACHINES – AMUSEMENT DEVICES

4.15.020 Marble or king pin games.
4.15.010 Vending machines.
Every person, firm or corporation installing in or on any premises in the city of Biggs an automatic merchandise vending machine shall pay a license fee therefor of $10.00 per quarter year for each such machine, said sum payable in advance on the first day of each quarter of the calendar year; provided, that nothing herein contained shall permit the operation in said city of Biggs of any type of machine, the use of which is a violation of any law of the state of California, or ordinances of the county of Butte or city of Biggs. 4.15.020 Marble or king pin games.
Every person, firm or corporation installing in or on any premises in the city of Biggs a marble or king pin game or machine shall pay a license fee therefor of $10.00 per quarter year for each such machine, said sum payable in advance on the first day of each quarter of the calendar year; provided, that nothing herein contained shall permit the operation in said city of Biggs of any type of machine, the use of which is a violation of any law of the state of California, or ordinances of the county of Butte or city of Biggs. 4.15.030 Violations.
Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. [Ord. 79A § 3, 1936]
