EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM

2.17.020 Authorization of Mayor to execute contract.
2.17.010 Authorization of contract between Council and Board of Administration of the State Employees’ Retirement System.
A contract between the Council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees’ Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said contract being on file in the City Clerk’s office, marked “Exhibit A,” and by such reference thereto made a part of this chapter as though set out in this chapter in full.
2.17.020 Authorization of Mayor to execute contract.
The Mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract, attested by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City.
