SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND

3.24.010 Fund created.
To comply with the provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 2113 there is created in the City Treasury of the City a special fund to be known as the “Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.”
3.24.020 Payment of money into fund.
All moneys received by the City from the State under the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code of the State for the acquisition of real property or interest therein, for the construction, maintenance, or improvement of streets or highways other than State highways, shall be paid into said fund created by CMC 3.24.010.
3.24.030 Expenditure of fund.
All moneys in said fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by and subject to all of the provisions of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State (commencing with Section 2100), as amended.
