8.42.010 Regulations adopted.

The City of Capitola hereby adopts by reference, as though fully set forth herein, Chapter 7.100 (regarding Hazardous Materials) of the Santa Cruz County Code, as presently worded or hereafter modified. (Ord. 669, 1988; Ord. 616 § 1, 1986)

8.42.020 Health officer.

The county healths officer is hereby designated as the city health officer for purposes of enforcing the above referenced regulations. (Ord. 616 § l (part), 1986.)

8.42.030 Appeals.

Any appeals allowed by the regulations referenced in Section 8.42.010 shall be made to the Capitola city council in the manner set forth in Chapter 2.52 of the city code. (Ord. 680, 1989; Ord. 616 § l (part), 1986)

8.42.040 Fees.

Fees may be established from time to time by the city council by resolution. (Ord. 616 § 1, 1986)
